I've seen his name in a few threads here, in negative context, but never heard him speak until this morning on AM Joy. He was blathering about people over-reacting to the Russian manipulation, and twice wondered where the "high DUNgeon" had been over things Democrats had allegedly done. I thought I heard him wrong the first time, but, no.
