Jared cannot plead the 5th either, unless he is willing to resign from WH position and give up his security clearance for good.

But he can pull a Jeff Sessions routine of not remembering anything pertinent. That would be a bit difficult to pull off regarding the back channel attempt, but he may have already concocted a cover story that would put blame on Flynn.
