Now that it seems the the republicans are unable to repeal/replace or just repeal, now the cry from the wh is let it fail.
If they don't repeal it replace, aren't they obligated to abide by the terms of the ACA and find it accordingly, whether they like it or not?

allocate towards the ACA.
(2) Much of the interpretation of the ACA is the responsibility of 2 agencies - HHS and the IRS - both
of which are now under Republican control.

...they're obliged to provide TYPES of insurance if they do.
