Donald Trump Jr's meeting was a quid-pro-quo with Russian agents to get dirt on Mrs. Clinton in exchange for Russian oligarchs' money being unfrozen by the U.S. It's laughable that Mr. Trump - who claimed he was going to drain the swamp - now tries the "everybody does it" defense of his son.

The entire matter is like a plate of tangled spaghetti noodles and illustrates why most people (who weren't the racists) voted for Mr. Trump. They:

1) didn't know, didn't want to know, and didn't care about Mr. Trump's decades of doing business as a shyster; and/or
2) didn't know, didn't want to know, and didn't care about Mr. Trump's convoluted, decades-long connections with Russia.

Donald Trump Jr's meeting is just another example of the nefarious, convoluted, ethically challenged, morally bankrupt, crooked, back room dealings that define Donald Trump, the Trump family, and his companies. It''s shameful that the Electoral College has imposed this person on our country.
