when i learned about the 8th guy in don jr meeting
it dawned on me that the true purpose of that meeting was to setup a funding stream of laundered russian money. It all falls together. Remember, Kushner also met the alfa bank guy, there was this misterious trump tower computer transacting with alfa bank , etc..
The whole gop was on the take which explains their behavior.. Rachel is laying it out clearly.

1. Yes
We are watching history happening in front of us.
I think those congressmen that were interviewed - Burr and Warmer - intel committee chairs - looked scared. Scared on the magnitude of really scared. Like they know Putin owns us. Or at least trump. It all up to Mueller now. |

5. So if we end up with Pence...
(who may be able to thread the needle of accountability), we may go from the frying pan into the fire, especially on matters of social policy. While bad enough, the long-term impact of that proposition gets much more frightening if SCOTUS appointments are factored into the scenario.
When it comes to checking a potential Pence presidency, sustaining progress, and reestablishing leadership for positive ends in the world, 2018 is the whole ballgame. |

6. pence will be neutered.
That is, with the backslash we will retake congress in 2018, maybe even the senate. He is also not totally clean himself. I would agree he is probably more adept at working with congress which is why retaking the house in 2018 is so critical.

15. Manafort brought Pence on board, and Pence was involved with Flynn.
Pence is book-ended by two men who are among Mueller's main targets. I bet Pence will go when DT does.

18. NOOOO, he is just as guilty
Pence is even worse than rump. Worse, I tell you because he will try to rule with the bible. He's horrible just like rump.
And he will go down too. (I hope). |

3. i should add there are even more signs of that.
I forgot to mention that manafort is being investigated for dubious loans and real estate machinations. This came out a couple of days ago.

10. the whole thing will come crashing down.
The kushner family for example is over extended financially with a huge loan of several hundred billions tied to a monster real estate purchase. They have been trying and failing to renegociate that loan and its coming due soon.
Interesting fact : Kushner tried to get qatar to inject money in it and they refused. Shortly after that, Trump accused qatar of sponsoring terrorism which led to an embargo by saudi arabia and others. huge mess. its believed that kushner pushed for it. In other words, he used the presidency to retaliate against qatar in a business transaction. Talk about corruption... |

11. I'm no fan of the Russian mob, but I want to watch a karmic payoff of mythc proportions fall on
these people. A Shakespeare denouement for the ages. As the hoofbeats approach, they will seek the isolation, safety, and protection of prison, but nay, their refuge will be bitter.

12. Robert Reich (and many others) have been saying, "Follow the money" from square one.
And if they aren't linked to Russia financially they are linked in other ways. Mueller will have his work cut out for him getting Pence, Ryan, McConnell, etc nailed as well but perhaps if a few start talking , others will too.

14. It will ALMOST.....
make up for the way I felt on the morning of November 9, 2016. Almost, but nothing will ever erase that feeling from my mind and body. I say "body" because it made me physically ill. I'm yet to recover from the mental damage of a Trump presidency.

19. I don't want to rain on your slow moving parade
But no one has been charged with anything yet. No impeachment on the table.
I'm sure some good folks in Germany, in the dawn of the Nazi era, when just the first few brown shirts were seen roaming around, thought it would never get to where it did. The GOP could continue to support Trump, no matter what. Even if he fires Mueller. And they decide no new investigation is needed. Already Trump has his new toady to put in charge of the FBI, to quash any evidence they may have. Most radio stations are now owned by the right wing and extreme right wing. When the inevitable protests happen from sane Americans, those talk shows could incite gun violence against the 'antifas'. A new army of American born brown shirts. Trump will have all law enforcement departments filled by his own cronies who will be in on it an won't lift a finger at the right wing violence and instead jail the protesters. Just because its never happened here. It is actually easier the first time because no one, or not enough, will believe it is even happening, or that it will blow over. Sorry for being such a downer but I remain on high alert. |

17. The Russian people should also be up in arms
I know there is a large segment with Putinmania there, but if this is true it reveals the kind of mobster family 'government' they have there. Russians are being ripped off in this as well.
