About those WH workers who failed their background checks

One of them..her father, Lanny Wiles, was working for Akhmetshin..the Russian counter intel guy in the Jr/Russia meeting. Was googling the Russian lawyer's name, saw it was Lanny Wiles who secured her seat at the HFRC Russia hearing. Googled "Wiles" and Russia. He and his wife both connected to the Florida Trump campaign, the RNC platform committee, and Akhmetshin.

Susan Wiles was Trump's Florida campaign chair. Her husband Lanny is a pro-Russia lobbyist. Their daughter Caroline works in the White House. We learned last night that Lanny was the one who got Veselnitskaya her seat at the Congressional hearing. That's not all:

Lanny has been accused of illegally lobbying on behalf of Russia, without registering as a foreign agent. He was actually working for Akhmetshin, but was paid through the law firm BakerHostetler as a cut-out.
Susie Wiles is a former lobbyist and Trump's Florida campaign co-chair. She is a longtime friend of Paul Manafort's.
Susie Wiles was on the RNC's Rules Committee, and her co-chair Joe Gruters was on the RNC Platform Committee. They were in a position to weaken the RNC's Ukraine stance.
Their daughter, Caroline, failed her background check; however, she apparently still works in the White House.
Given that Lanny was guilty of a FARA violation and Akhmetshin knew about it, one must assume that the Russians had tremendous leverage over the entire family.

Among those who won't be working at the White House was President Donald Trump’s director of scheduling, Caroline Wiles, the daughter of Susan Wiles, Trump’s Florida campaign director and former campaign manager for Governor Rick Scott. Wiles, who resigned Friday before the background check was completed, was appointed deputy assistant secretary before the inauguration in January. Two sources close to Wiles said she will get another job in Treasury.

She's among others who failed to pass the intensive background check, which includes questions on the applicant's credit score, substance use and other personal subjects.

Also - I heard a Jarad Kushner excuse today that one of his aids push send and sent the form before he was able to complete the part where he was asked about any meetings with Russians or foreigners.

I was kind of shocked cause I heard that the paperwork that needs to be filled out is many pages long and I was surprised that it is able to be e-mailed. Given all the hacking going on and the revealing of people's e-mails - I wouldn't think anyone would like to pass that form over the internet.

And someone who has filled out the same paperwork that Kushner and Jr did was interviewed by some news website---said you have to push enter a zillion times to confirm you are ready to file/send the form to the appropriate agency. It is NOT a software system where you hit enter/send once and go oops...
And really, if you think about it, even if it was an oops kind of system..pretty sure their people could have picked up the phone and immediately reported the oops moment. But the person interviewed was very adament that it is very much a multi-step process to file/send it and not a "I hit send by mistake" system.

Like his father, Jr. doesn't know how these things actually work, and assumes his simplistic excuse is brilliant and will fool everybody.

To the Fox viewing, low educated base who are thinking it's like sending a text or posting to Facebook, etc where one can accidently send/post something...so they all accept his bullshit and think "who among us hasn't accidentally hit the send/post button...."

All of it. Security information, Social security information, income tax forms, personnel information, everything is emailed now. Can it be hacked? Yes, but for good or bad, that is the age we live in.
