But what stops us? Greedy, ambitious, short-sighted people who are willing to let others suffer for their own comfort. Wonder how common this is throughout the universe because we sure have it bad here on this planet.

Let's save the ACA first...timing is everything. We won't get single payer...and for us to stop Trumpcare is nothing short of a miracle.
