Ahhh. In the psychiatry’s bible, the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders", this is called, "Blutarsky's Lament"; i.e.:

"Christ. Seven years of college down the drain. Might as well join the fucking Peace Corps." - John "Bluto" Blutarsky.
