He seems to be facetiously stating that the Republican plan (which they won't talk about) is so "great" and it will just get better and better by the minute right up until lunchtime. In short, the Republicans are selling us a bunch of bullshit. For some reason he doesn't seem to see his own role in all this. Anyway, that my take on it. It could mean something else (or nothing) entirely.
