MSNBC. Kobach asked if he thinks Hillary Clinton did not get 3M more votes than Two Scoops. He said "we'll never know". She almost did a spit-take. She asked if his commission was set up because Two Scoops doesn't want to believe he lost by 3M votes. He said no. She read Two Scoops' statements about establishing a commission of the very same name as the commission Kobach is heading. He said no. That's not what his commission is for.

He's quite amazing, being able to lie so sincerely. Quite the skill . . . . but a common one among these snakes.
