Could Ivanka Trump Get Swept Up In Russia Scandal?

Ivanka Trump could finally get ensnared in the Russia scandal, with almost two dozen House Democrats sending a letter to the FBI asking if she knew about husband Jared Kushner’s meetings with Kremlin-linked officials and failed to disclose that information on her application for a security clearance.

“We are concerned that Ivanka Trump may have engaged in similar deception,” read the letter, sent to acting agency head Andrew McCabe and signed by Reps. Jerrold Nadler and Steve Cohen, among others. “Did she accurately disclose her own foreign contacts in her initial filing, which reports suggest may be numerous?”

Kushner has faced questions about his disclosure forms, since it was revealed that he met last June with a Russian attorney who claimed to have incriminating information on rival Hillary Clinton. He was obligated to disclose foreign contacts on his security clearance form, and it’s a crime to knowingly withhold information from the government on this application.

His wife was also obligated to disclose what she knew about foreign contacts in her family, and could be on the hook if she was aware of the meeting, but did not reveal it.

This is all unfolding far faster than I anticipated. It's nice to see the tensions growing between Trump family members, and their individual lawyers. I expect that will provide more entertainment in August!

I think that was a couple others years ago, when she went to a beach in Croatia with Wendy Deng. And that was just 2 weeks after she gave birth. Last year Vonkers and Airhead went to Aspen to meet some Russian oligarchs. It's hard to keep up!

I've been wondering why this sort of thing was taking so long regarding Ivanka.
I don't get why people seem to root or feel pity for her and his wife. Woman aren't inherently victims.

I can't be the only one who has had this thought.

Besides, she's not part of Daddy's inner circle. He never even thinks about her unless he needs to trot her out to show what a "family man" he is. At the Rethug nomination thingy, she basically said "This one time, my friend died, and my Dad called me to say sorry". I'm paraphrasing, but it was really sad that that was the nicest thing she could say about him. OH, and once he wrote something nice on her grade school report card. I'm not even kidding, look up her speech.

I can't find her standing in her class at Penn, but the family keeps bragging that she got all A's. Don't know how much of that to believe.
However, she did get into Georgetown Law for this fall. That should count for something.

As to her mouth, it's unfortunate.
