In NYT interview, Trump says second meeting with Putin was about adoptions--no, really--
The taped excerpt of the interview was played on Rachel Maddow.
Another important point was then made on her show: "adoptions" is code for "sanctions."
Trump discussed sanctions with only Putin and Putin's translator. Very serious.
Can't wait to hear/read more of the interview...
