When did the Trump-Russia investigation begin?

Can someone clarify for me?

When Mueller was hired? Or last year with Comey and Mueller just took over?

1. There's more than one investigation

The FBI started investigating in 2016 during the election.

Senate and House have their own investigations, starting this year.

Mueller started after Comey was fired.

3. Specifically,

Mueller took over Comey's investigation, right?

Mueller did not start a new investigation, right?

7. Technically, Mueller's is new.

He's probably using information from the FBI, but it is still it's own thing.

The FBI investigation may still be going on as well. At least that is what the deputy director promised when Comey was fired.

2. US intel picked up "chatter" between team Trump and the Russians in late 2014 and early 2015

I might be wrong but I think Putin has been working on making Trump
President since @ least 2013 and the Miss Universe pagent when Trump
had his pee pee party in Moscow.

God only knows how long Trump has been getting Russian money and
luandering Russian Mob/Putin money through his businesses.

4. Yes and I think Putin and Trump and Manafort and many others have been

committing felonies with money laundering and probably contract killing for over ten years.

We know what Trump did here with our mobsters, as to real estate, imagine what he did with their mob.

Preet had the goods, that much I am sure of.

5. We do know that by the mid 1990s* no US or European bank would not lend Trump a dime .....

..... so he got loans from Deutches Bank (Putin controlled) and Russian
Banks and mobsters.

As per Trump's money laundering ..... http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2017/03/13/donald-trumps-worst-deal

Donald Trumpís Worst Deal
The President helped build a hotel in Azerbaijan that appears to be a corrupt operation engineered by oligarchs tied to Iranís Revolutionary Guard.

* He was very much a failed businessman.

6. I heard someone saying they voted for him so he would run US like

one of his businesses.

And he is, exactly the same way.

Complete chaos, crimes, stealing, lying. The ONLY reason he has any business, any real estate is the money given to him by Putin.

He has failed over and over but is propped up by these illegal loans.

8. A few days ago,

Trump's new lawyer said something to the regards of Mueller shouldn't be looking in to DT's past because those things are past the statute of limitations anyway....

While I'm sure that murder definitely doesn't have a statute, the rest of the crimes he committed in the 80s and 90s may.
