But I'm not going to watch the OJ special. He got his million minutes of fame a long time ago and at this point I couldn't care less about him.

The whole spectacle was kind of interesting at the time (although even then the non-stop coverage got old pretty fast), but there are a lot of people who are now cable-news-consuming adults who don't remember the trial at all or who weren't even born yet. I doubt they'll be tuning in. I do remember it, and I won't be wasting my time either.

... reason the AMC and other stories about OJ did good was because it was good story telling and a good plot not because the whole OJ thing was interesting enough to fill important air time.

They're totally out of touch
