Sergey Ivanovich Kislyak (Russian: Серге́й Ива́нович Кисля́к has just been named by President Donald John Trump to serve as his new liaison officer to the Mueller investigation in a surprise move by the White House. Many had wondered why Kislyak had been recalled to Moscow recently, but the reason for that is now apparent. While in Moscow, he received briefings about his new duties. The former Ambassador to the U.S. will now take up residence in the White House upper floors and will handle all communications with Mueller and his investigators. Trump tweeted just minutes ago, "Who understands the Russians better than Kislyak? He'll be a tremendous asset to us. He gets me bigly."
Recently deposed Sean Spicer had no comment on this surprise appointment as he fled the White House press briefing room with tears flowing from his eyes after seeing Anthony Scaramucci dancing the Fandango in the briefing room with Sarah Huckleberry Sanders. "I can't talk about that now. Call me tomorrow, and I'll have plenty to say, but now I have to go hide," he called out. White House correspondents gathered for an upcoming press conference were seen shaking their heads in slow motion.
