A previous article that I saw tonight said he initially only listed "the parent company" but left out Cadre. Saw this info buried in a French article. Funny how the company that he left off was a real estate company with Russia connections

Russian billionaire Yuri Milner invested in Kushner Companies (along with Chinese billionaire and Alibaba founder Jack Ma) when the firm founded Cadre, a real estate investment platform.

The team is led by a 27-year-old former Goldman Sachs, Blackstone and Harvard alumn, Ryan Williams, who has attracted a team of high-profile investors and advisors. Over the past year and a half, Cadre has raised $68 million from Peter Thiel's Founders Fund, Goldman Sachs, Alibaba founder Jack Ma, DST's Yuri Milner, real-estate moguls Jared and Joshua Kushner, and others. Advisors include TPG's co-CEO Jon Winkelreid and SL Green's president Andrew Mathias.

Cadre is a platform where approved sellers ("operators&quot can apply to post carefully vetted commercial real estate deals, from stores to apartment buildings to offices. A network of high-wealth individuals or "qualified purchasers" who want to make real estate investments — but haven't previously had access to deals — can drop $500,000 or more on individual properties. Currently, all of Cadre's listed properties are located in the US, but the startup plans to expand internationally.
