the NAACP knows Trump doesn’t have the courage at accept, confirming the fact that Trump couldn’t care less about the issues that concern African-Americans.

The NAACP is doing the right, the gracious, the mature thing; they are also, incidentally, allowing Trump to once again show the world what a worthless POS he is. Everybody wins.

Shrub declined for years. He finally did accept after 5 years of saying no - and then only because Kweisi Mfume was replaced by Bruce Gordon - who left not too long after.

Julian Bond (former Chairman) and Mfume (former President) both criticized Bush (Selection 2000 and other things) and Bush didn't like it.

They would be gracious to Trump, should he accept. No need to ever spur Trump on, he can get down to his true nature all by himself.

Derrick Johnson was just named interim president until a new one is decided upon.
