This will be the last time Kushner and Trump Jr answer questions in front of any Committee...

So, the Committee had better ask the questions they want, because I suspect they will take the "Fifth" from this point forward?

It will be a big mistake if they are not put under oath, in my opinion.

From this point forward, the White House will stonewall the investigators and the Congress and will call it a "witch-hunt" and refuse to participate in the continuing Democratic "hoax".

Just my opinion.

Don Jr. and Kushner are flying monkeys who have pushed senior well over the boundary of incoherence. The family business is going to go broke; win or lose, a fate worse than prison or death.

In a move that is certain to make the scared president even jumpier, Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) is demanding that Donald Trump Jr. and Paul Manafort be required to testify under oath before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Transcript via CNN’s State Of The Union:

TAPPER: Nothing to hide. You’re willing to testify under oath, all of that. Except we’re being told now that they’re going to testify behind closed doors and not under oath.

Is that good enough?

FRANKEN: No. That’s not good enough. They should be under oath.

"So the answers you have just given to the questions so far, do you swear they are the truth?"

I realize it's not a formal oath as we'd all prefer, but I'd be interested in how they would answer.
