Looking Like GOP Will Get Health Care Disaster To Pass. It Will Screw Everyone.

Actually even smug people who think they are safe even if ACA is repealed will be screwed with higher premiums. And many will lose their employer based coverage. And if they get sick they will also lose their insurance.

And if that doesn't get you, then the bill itself will ensure you suffer and die in the worst possible way

Autos are the first to be affected by and the first to recover after a recession. This one may well be worse than 08 because with the GOP and Trump is store for another two to four years, we are screwed.

I hope it fails, but everyday we are getting one step closer to universal care of some sort. This will accelerate that.

3. No, if it passes, we get nothing...they have to be voting on repeal because the parlimentarian wiped

out key repeal and replace items. I am just as angry with the burn it down (ACA) and then we get single payer crowd as Republicans because we won't get, shit and if they had helped perhaps thousand, ultimately millions would not die. We would need a super majority to get health care of any sort, and I don't see that happening. As usual when the burn it down crowd steps in, we lose.

4. How many will suffer needlessly and die

before that happens though?

We can't even slow down the damn republican until 2018 if people get off their asses and vote.

Then tick off another two years until we even have the chance to try and take control of the government back to be able to pass single payer.

So that's a good 3 and a half years until we can even think realistically about single payer.

Millions of Americans are going to suffer terribly in those years.

Millions.

I hope those who call themselves progressive and who did not fight for the ACA are prepared for the suffering that will ensue...ah collateral damage for the greater good I guess...sarcasm.
