..bold leadership to move us forward together, in concert, out of the wilderness that we find ourselves in ... it's surreal. Sanders has got the momentum, the base; we need someone that can get in trumps space, call him out when he spews his hate, lies and propaganda. Call him a liar, a cheat and a con.
Those mentioned are all formidable leaders with stellar credentials and would be an asset to the ticket as vice president in 2020, including Warren. If Sanders does not run, then we have a group of exceptionally qualified candidates that will take it to trumpf. To win, we need a bold progressive platform -we go big or go home!
Dems need to pursue the 90million eligible voters that DID NOT vote in 2016 (Naomi Klein, author, as stated to Tavis Smiley; register new voters; help the hundreds of thousands of purged voters get back on voter register; we need to focus on weak blue states and swing states; focus on states that should have gone to Clinton. Remember it's about electoral votes!
We need Bernie to be in trumps face 24/7 and dems in concert with narrative, talking points; be aggressive and outspoken. Enough with "when they go low we go high" ...that's bullshit! It didn't work in 2016, not working now. We have Sanders. Why invent the wheel? We need his name recognition, his energy and passion, his no holds bar approach. Forget the primary lets name Sanders now (can we? ) primary will only be a formality. )) Lets get a jump start, put Sanders at top of ticket, begin fund raising. Let's do this!
Ps. You know, we CAN have a person of color on the presidential ticket it'll be okay. Don't we want candidates that reflect OUR true diverse America? Ideally I liked to see First Nations candidate on ticket. So many outstanding leaders came out of Standing Rock, represented issues eloquently ...why not? We are the face of America too. Do we want an America that relects all of us, or just a few, because that is what we have now. And folks, you can do all the studies you want, yet the verdad is that America is rascist and bigoted. It is what it.
