Just called Flake's local office

Cause his DC office lines are busy and the mailbox is full. I told them that it doesn't matter if any bill passes or not - if Flake votes for it, I will vote against him and I will donate money to someone to primary him and to a Democrat who runs against him if he wins the primary.

The governor is a Koch puppet and Arizona is so red flake could kill someone and get re-elected
easily. All that hot weather fries peoples brain to be brainwashed in the red blood of the rethug.

We sent 5 Democrats and 4 Republicans to the House in the 2014 election but lost one of the Dems to a Rep in 2016. We finally managed to get rid of Arpaio. Tempe had an openly gay Democratic mayor. A combination of term limits and easy public finances makes the local government much more extreme right wing than the state actually is. The polls show that Flake might be in trouble.

My mother In law lives in AZ. She is a strong liberal church going Democratic woman. She told me that Kirkpatrick was not going to win in2016 because all the old people vote would vote for McCain. I talked with her this past Saturday about McCain's illness and she said if they had to elect a new senator in 2018 to replace him Kirkpatrick might have a chance but she cautioned it depended on who the governor could picks as a temp placeholder someone with Koch money that could could keep it a rethug seat. My sister in law is waiting for her last child to graduate high school and she wants to leave Arizona as she hates the politics. OF course I know she would stick around to care for her mother.

Another thing she said is people are furious they are trying to dismantle public education so the state might go blue in 2018 if we have a honest election.
