Speaking before some tots and keeps ending each "sentence" with BUH LEEVE ME.."You probably wouldn't be here without your parents"...let that sink in....a regular Don Rickles...

It's a stated command. The subconscious interprets it as such. Same reason news headlines use scare quotes around certain phrases, to make them parse separately. There's more to it, but that's the quick answer.

It's part and parcel of Persuasion. Yah, odds are good he was schooled on how to use it. He's not an idiot, contrary to popular belief. Evil, yes. Idiot? Lol, no.
