I don't think he'll be impeached, just because of the control republicans have in the house and senate. And I don't see him stepping down before his first term ends, I think he has too much of an ego. He doesn't want to be viewed as a quitter.

Don't run someone who excites the base and gets people out to vote, he could win.

It's worth noting that Obama in 2012 and Hillary in 2016 had nearly identical popular vote totals. The difference? Conservatives didn't get excited and come out to vote for Romney, but they did for Trump.

If the Dems don't put someone out in 2020 that really energizes the base, Trump will have an advantage, no matter how low his polling numbers are.
