Scaramucci actually called up the FBI to tell them that a document which is required to be made public record by law, was made public record, and asked them what do they plan to do about it.

Then he whined about it as if he was being victimized.

So basically Trump hired someone who doesn't understand what a leak is to get rid of leakers.
