Almost Breaking: Foxconn to build sealed dormitories for WI Workers

A look at heretofore undisclosed, secret plans for Foxconn's planned display factory to be build in Wisconsin reveals that they include sealed, barracks-style dormitories for employees. The new housing will not include any windows that can be opened, nor access to roof areas. This is apparently due to people jumping out of windows in desperation at other Foxconn facilities.

In addition, we have learned that doors to the dormitories only allow entrance by residents, but do not allow exits from the building. A tunnel from the dormitory leads directly to the factory area, where written permission must be given for any employee to leave the premises. A Foxconn spokesperson said "These security measures are for our employees' safety, for attendance enforcement, and to prevent theft from the factory. They are a standard part of our international workspace design standards."

This story is presented in the spirit of satirists around the world.

The President of Foxconn said "It gives them hope. They love watching us eat lobster and drinking fine wine. It gives them the hope that their grandchildren might one day be on the other side of the road."

They will take the tax break and build a highly automated plant for screen mfg. Thus one of the high dollar, fragile parts will be made locally for final assembly.

Their brand is very toxic. This is what the GOP wants - we work 24/7 for very little to no pay, and zero benefits. They want us to live where we work until we die. Nobody has any money for anything. It all goes to the billionaires.

I heard they'll be renting North Koreans.

You don't have to pay them, or even feed them much, and they are trained from birth to be obedient. For a small fee, damaged or defective workers are easily replaced.

Wait, you ask, are there not laws against that?

Nope, according to Paul Ryan those are unnecessary government regulations. For his customary 15% cut he'll look the other way, for 50% he'll push legislation in Congress to rescind those nuisance regulations and hire a few pissing hookers to bring Trump on board.

I'm sure, if the "employees" tried to challenge it in court. If they could contact an attorney.

Thank goodness it's satire.
