Cheetolini is pathologically unable to stop himself from being an embarrassment

At this Medal of Valor ceremony, he went out of way to feel up and ogle Steve Scalise's wife. What the fuck is wrong with this guy, doesn't he know that people can see what he's doing?

The fool is a bonafide sexual predator. Creep factor is seriously on high.
