re: Romney's statement that from 1999-2002 he was Chief Executive Officer of Bain Capital "in name only," since he delegated all responsibility to 26 heads of departments and had no idea what was going on.

CEOINO. Hah!

We have had presidents who delegated all actual decision making to heads of Departments and did not know what was going on... Harding and W. Bush come to mind.
