Topic today: America needs a modernized Democratic Party that is willing to fight.

The Republicans are handing the Democratic Party the possibility of a wipe out blue wave across the entire nation as they prove their inability govern, their dereliction of duty. Unfortunately, Democrats are poised to pull defeat out of a potential victory because of the lack of new blood that is necessary to direct the way forward. The old methods just don't work anymore.

Let's discuss how the Democratic Party can really move forward.

1. Yeah. If we can ungerrymander districts, overturn voter suppression laws, and stop Putin-trolls

from spreading LIES on Democrats - not to mention stem the flood of millions of dollars that pays for grassroots, false advertising, false registrations, and pay-offs, sure.

Enough of the circular firing squad already! We've got enough problems with the above without having to eat or own, ok?

3. Yes, Democrates need to stand strong for our party and what is stands for.

Now I am going to stand on my apple box. Look what the Democrats have done. Social Security, Medicare Care, Voting Rights, saving GM and prevent a depression, and most recently Obamacare. Be proud of our party and defend it every chance you get.

One reason the Dems have lost so many seats is we don't speak up and talk about what we have accomplished in terms that the man on the street can understand. Remember when Obama was in his first term? Many Democratic candidates didn't want him to campaign with them. Where was the strong defense of Obamacare, should have run many ads about the people it has helped and make people understand how the credits work. What about Obama preventing us from going into a deep Depression? If the Republicans had had their way at that time, we would still be mired down in high unemployment and lackluster business performance.

the Dems need to come together and a strong message and good slogans for our party..

Example - my daughter lost her job, was playing into the high-rate pool, needed surgery on her eye again, not covered, was pre-existing condition. She found a job, didn't pay much, but with the credits she was able to get insurance through Obamacare and have the needed surgery on her eye. She found a better paying job and is now covered on her company plan. But Obamacare helped get her through a few rough years and get the medical attention she required.
