McCain and Graham have just greenlighted house to pass any piece of crap

they want.

That is how this works.

Sending to conference means house passes kill Americans bill, and by the way the rules work it cant be amended and McCain and friends dont vote again, then they will blame the house but knowing all along this will be result

ACA is gone

after it goes through conference the bill that results still has to be voted by both house and senate.

What they cant do is after it leaves the house is they cant make amendments.

So there is a chance the nightmare the house surely will pass could pass the Senate, but this is much better, thanks

it sounded to me they were crafting an excuse to vote for it. Basically saying that if Ryan says, yeah we will go to conference, they will vote yes even after admitting this bill is a fraud and will hurt people. Its surreal. They cant bring themselves to do the right thing and just vote no.

If the Senate passes it and Ryan decides to bring it up for a vote on its own, and it passes, it goes to Trump's desk to be signed. This is the likely outcome if the Senate passes. The only way it goes back is if changes are made in conference.

There are still teabaggers who want a full repeal or nothing. There are also moderates who mostly voted against the original House version (with only a couple picked off to barely pass that), so there are still issues about it passing the House intact.

If the Senate manages to pass "something" and it goes to the House and the House demands to amend it, THEN that's when McLame wants to have them "go to Conference" - which means both the House and Senate send members to a special committee to hash out the language to come up with ONE version. That ONE version would then go back to each chamber to vote on - up or down. Any further amendments would need to technically have them go back to conference again.... but I expect they would try to set the rules to insist on a yay or nay on that final version (after their debate) with no further amendments.
