Lindsey Graham is up to something...

He said that he is going to introduce a bill to protect special counsels so they can't just be fired without judicial review. He makes it seem like he is doing this to protect Mueller from Trumpy BUT I think there is a different reason. 20 Repub Congressmen from the Judiciary Committee are calling for a special counsel to investigate Hillary, Comey & Lynch - this Graham bill will protect THEIR guy/gal as he/she proceeds with their fake investigation.

Ergo, no need for this law to protect them ... they wouldn't even have to worry about a POTUS Pence doing so either, were that to happen.

2. I disagree with Graham more times than not but

he seems genuinely concerned about little things like the Constitution and the rule of law. He is also (I think) beginning to worry about what Trump is doing to the GOP. I'm doubtful that Graham's bill will ever be filed and if filed will not ever get to the floor. This was just Graham's way to tell Trump "don't go there."

Graham is up to one thing bad I see, trying to pin the TrumpRussia dossier on Russia and the Dems. That dissonance will keep their base sated perhaps, but with won't fly with thinking people.
