The one think that has bothered today is......

Trump calling for brutality against those people who are picked up by ICE and local police! And not one Republican has come out to condemn these remarks? Unless, they did and I did not hear them do so? Shame on them. I live in Omaha, where 2 police officers beat and tazed 12 times a young man who was mentally ill, while they were arresting him. The young man died shortly after this. No matter what the circumstances are, there is a line that was crossed by the president, just like all the other times, where are the Republicans? Everyone of them should be shouting from the top of the mountain!

and police brutality is still against the law. When municipalities get tired of being sued by people hurt by violent cops, they'll fire the wackjobs and rein in the rest.

ICE is more problematic. There is little oversight to rein in those thugs. We'll have to retake the government to do that. First order of business should be to change them back to INS. That macho name has been a mistake from day one.

ALL politicians & law enforcement should condemn it. It goes against the basic tenet of "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law". We are a country of laws and a Constitution and every true patriot must speak out for and defend those things IMO.
