He is already the worst President in history - an abysmal failure, an ignorant moron and a short-fingered racist vulgarian...weak and impotent. He's an embarrassment to America.

(7,968 posts)He apparently has no perception of this.
Nor, apparently do his supporters. They are still ga-ga about how wonderful he is. In their warped minds his is taking "truth to power". It is much more like incompetent stupidity to a windmill but they are blissfully unaware.

(9,967 posts)putting aside the complete disaster his presidency is, how can anyone say that about someone who has been in office for only six months?

It's like giving the steering wheel of the family car to a belligerent 2 year old.

(11,175 posts)His executive orders and judicial nominations don't get as much attention as the health-care fight, but they've already moved the country to the right in significant ways.
After his extremist appointees have had more time to reshape their agencies, things will get even worse. I'm sure that major regulatory changes are being worked on now. For some things that can't be done with a quick executive order, a lengthy and detailed proposed regulatory amendment will be released and put out for public comment. We'll all get emails from various organizations asking us to sign petitions opposing the changes. The changes will be approved anyway (no Congressional action required).
Let's not overlook legislative action, either. This week he lost one battle but Congress has already passed some right-wing bills for him to sign, and there will be more of those, too.
