POTUS:If a new HealthCare Bill is not approved quickly, BAILOUTS for Insurance Companies will end

He is going to nuke the market and make staffers in congress have really shitty insurance... such a dick

He does understand, that if he nukes the markets by ending the cost sharing payment to insurance companies, he will be blamed? I am guessing not.

Edit: A lot of the comments below asked what he was talking about with the Members of Congress bailout. Explained here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2017/04/17/do-members-of-congress-pay-for-100-percent-of-their-health-insurance/?utm_term=.0621e4c22bf4

That will go over great, I'm sure.

He thinks executive orders are the last word in the law. He just might run into a buzz-saw called congress. They make the rules.

We are dealing with a Russian agent determined to spread chaos in the United States.

It's that simple.

limits on his power. If Congress wants to they can grind his agenda to a halt. The question now is, do they have the stones to do it or will they continue to look the other way?

He certainly has limits.. but Congress would have to actually pass a bill to stop him from doing both the things in is saying. If he used his veto, they would have to pass it with 2/3rds majority.

Presidents take an oath to uphold the laws of the country.

Seems to me his threat to withhold payments, if carried out, is an impeachable offense.

But basically, the ACA required congress and their staff to buy off the exchanging. Obama lets them use money that would have gone towards their employer based care to help in buying that insurance...

Basically, it doesn't fuck young staffers.

All he has to do is say that the executives agree with that reading of the law, and it is done
