7. He still doesn't get it. A reconciliation vote on a budget bill is only a once-a-year deal.

Since it's been voted on already, McCain saw to that, the only way this fiscal year to vote on repealing and replacing the ACA is through the regular 60-vote approval route and the Dems are not going to let that happen.

He's a dummy. Seems he would have learned that by now.

They've got to wait until Oct. and my guess is that Ryan and McConnell will want to try the tax cut bill for their once-in-a-year, 50-50 vote reconciliation effort instead of trying for the umpteenth time to repeal the ACA.
