Will Trump Refuse To Sign Any Legislation Until ACA Repealed?

Trump could cause a government shut down and default on the national debt if he refuses to let GOP move on from ACA repeal. His tweet looks like a dangerous threat that would paralyze the government and disrupt the country.

There's always the chance of a Pocket Veto where a bill is effectively vetoed when the President doesn't sign it and Congress isn't in session during the ten days it's presented. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pocket_veto

Otherwise, if the bill isn't signed by the President AND Congress IS still in session for the 10+ days, it becomes law.

But that means any bill to the WH would have to be passed by both houses at least ten days before either chamber recesses. That means strategy by both McConnell and Ryan. Good luck with that.

Nothing else seems to convince congressional rethugs to work with Democrats. They will have to sweeten the pot and get us on board.

Nothing like uniting your enemies, orange boy.
