It more or less stopped me in my tracks. What on earth did he mean? It was as if he was playing some kind of strategy game and "his generals" were his playing pieces. It still makes me cringe when he says that.

I do hope these men have a plan to curb trump's ideas of being our Dear Leader for Life.
