7. my visit to the White House

seemed to reflect that... it is the rich history and tradition that make the White House beautiful and special (and especially so when the Obama's were there!!).

The comment from Trump is one of the worst possible things he could say and I am livid... he has no right to be in that house and I am beside myself in trying to figure why we (collectively as a Nation) are allowing this to continue.

13. Steve Schmidt, Repub. commentator on Morning Joe today, said that if Trump fires Mueller, the

House Repubs. will impeach him. He didn't predict the Senate action explicitly.

That's a pretty bold statement, since the Repubs. have shown no willingness to act up to now.

It would be nice if the Repubs. had behaved like public servants rather than self-interested power and money grabbers based on so many outrageous things that Dump has done so far. But if he's right there at least is one line somewhere that Trump could cross at his peril.
