I have little doubt that Queen Elizabeth will live, at least, as long.

And, I have to admit, I am partial to a good gin related cocktail, glass of wine and (when I can afford it) some actual champagne, too. When I can't afford it, some Barefoot Bubbly does just fine.

And whenever I buy a sparkling wine that doesn't quite work, for my taste, I use it to make Mimosas.

i'd rather spend $30 on a bottle of prosecco than $50/60 for a bottle of champagne.

Seems like an American introvert with a sympathetic shoulder and no inclination to ever talk to anyone about what she hears who can go head to head with the cocktails would be just what the doctor ordered.
