billionaires and aided, abetted and amplified by Russia, a hotly contested primary and a party that considered her victory a forgone conclusion. Over-arching all this was a press that milked the campaign for ratings without regard to truth or reason or decency. And, she still managed to get 3 million more votes than her opponent.

What is it again that is lacking in our party?

2. Also Gores is correct for stating that we need to do two things

to avoid a 2000 and 2016 election from happening again...
1. Get risk of the electoral college (you can do it without a constitutional amendment) and use the popular vote instead. I think we should also go with paper ballots and voting on weekends too.
2. Get big money out of politics. Good luck with that.
