Democrats need a net gain of 24 seats. They need to pick up

2. PA 8 is very doable. PA 6 is doubtful

PA 8 was a 9% margin in an area with a lot of suburban voters who are more likely to swing

PA 6 was 15% and the district includes a significant stretch of Western Berks and eastern Lebanon county that is very conservative and is unlikely to abandon Trump.
