Half empty or half full?

Will the N Korea situation put him over the top (crazy AND dangerous) and turn even more people against him? Will Congress say, "Yes, he is crazy, he is going to kill people, but worse than that he may jeopardize our 2018 GOP election campaigns so we' d better finally get rid of him"? This could be the very thing that makes Congress realize that if they keep their cart hitched to his wagon any longer they will all go careening over the cliff.
