What about our friends in North Korea?

Trumpy keeps floating the idea of a pre-emptive strike on Pyongyang, but our allies have embassies there: Germany, UK, Sweden, Brazil, etc etc (a few dozen countries in all). Sweden is officially the "Protective Power" in DPRK not just assigned to America but Canada and Australia too. This is a much more complex situation that that idiot thinks, he really does know nothing about anything.

He has acquaintances, handlers, associates and worshipers but no friends and he's too self absorbed to care about other people. Yes, he's an idiot just like 30% of America that worships him.

not think of the larger picture. Trump of course as president should not be at that level but unfortunately is to an extreme

Also many in the US do not think of what chaos this would bring to the entire region of Eastern Asia . I hope someone intelligent advises trump but look how other presidents surrounded by other myopic people were ill advised . Iraqis were going to meet us with flowers and open arms and give us all thier oil in exchange for liberation Rumsfeld claimed and the war would be over in a few weeks.

So much like how the argument for invading Iraq was idealistic and the remains anything but that this has to be seen as you posted as a much more complex situation.
Perhaps allies are trying to reason with the US and NK
When people here say we need to take out NK its all emotions and ego no real consequences to anyone but NK is assumed

I know lots of nice people that don't seem to understand that the US is just one country on a planet inhabited by about 6 billion non-Americans.
