Russia is curious I'll bet

I'll bet Russia would love to see if we can intercept a NK missile.
Dump is putting us in an awful position to potentially show our hand... or lack thereof.

Lack of strategy and thought is making us more vulnerable.

These missiles are not proven and could be only 20% effective. The only proven intercept was under perfect weather conditions.
