after a verbal argument with his neighbor to get his AR15, returned to shoot and kill him (neighbor unarmed) and then tried to claim self-defense.

You can claim anything you want as defense, but the video is damning (as, I'd imagine will be his history)

therefore it is justifiable homicide. Fuck that BS!
Maybe the cops should have tried to stop the violence when it started instead of standing there and watching.

I love the alt-right statement, "The other group was attacking us. We were there to protect our group from them" as a reason for their actions.

is to fear from people standing quietly two blocks away? If he is that scared, he should have never had a licence to drive in the first place.

CNN is reporting the federal government has opened an investigation into this. There's a pretty good chance this shit is going to be declared a hate crime, and the terrorist would then be facing the needle.

showing him accelerating up a mostly empty street toward the crowd (not away from it) with no brake lights as he approached.

Leaving the scene in reverse with it floored, even though there were a few scattered people along the street, is also going to damn him.

He's going to have to be one hell of a salesman to pull this off even in a southern town.

Charlottesville was chosen for a reason. It is very blue -- 80% for HRC -- and very diverse. The same goes for Richmond, Chapel Hill, Durham, Asheville, Austin, SOFL -- I am sick of this South bashing. I had friends were protested today, including some beaten and gassed by those bastards. All my friends are Virginians.

Most of the terrorists in Cville were from CA, Ohio, etc. They were not local.

and even though I'm the first to admit college towns are full of liberal folks and big cities are changing a lot, the power structure is still southern and open to a certain amount of corruption that favors the white nationalist type.

We'd see more of that in action if this dumb bastard weren't an outsider.

Some things change faster than others.

He was panicked after he hit people; in his panic he immediately thought to go backwards, not forwards.
