What we saw today is the end result of 40 years of AM hate radio talking points come to fruition.
You can't tell me that you think you can spend 40 years - nearly 2 1/2 generations of trash talking the other side without thinking there's going to be consequences.
You can't tell me that you think you can bully the other side for that long not thinking that they won't fight back.
If you do think that, I've got some tiki torches to sell you.

(53,954 posts)While the AM hate radio certainly "tapped into" a certain market, the fact is this type of hate, racism and yes, I will say it, anti-Semitism, has festered for the entirety of the existence of this country. The past several years have seen an increase for a variety of reasons, and AM radio is but a small part.

(9,426 posts)then the crowning "glory" The orange shitgibbon in the WH, defiling everything he touches. His rhetoric has emboldened the worst of the very worst in this country. He is probably upset that he had to interrupt his golf game, to address the nation. As usual he did a piss-poor job of it, blaming everyone not the true criminals in this march. Imagine if the marchers had been black people? How many would have been shot, I wonder. I am starting to think that this country thrives on violence and hatred. Look who was placed into the WH, the (used to be) most respected government building in the capital. He calls it a "dump" since there is a distinct lack of gold paint in every room. He has caused more hatred and unrest to bubble to the surface in only 8 months, it would have taken a NORMAL person years. Not that I can think of a person who would want to open up these cesspools of racism and hatred. tRump has done little of consequence until now. He is destroying the entire country with his anus-shaped mouth and his twittering.
