hey, mitt! would YOU invest in this company?

despite years of filing requirements, has only produced one year of financials?

still working on the current year financials?

conflicting records as to the location of key personnel?

unclear who was in charge for several years?

DECLINED audit request for more financials???


i dunno, mitt. sounds pretty dodgy to me.
