Democrats should introduce a resolution tomorrow that would eliminate or at least condemn

Gorka, Bannon, Miller et al.

They are largely responsible for things like what happened yesterday and, unlike Trump, don't need to go through an impeachment process to hopefully be eliminated.

not even a resolution because that is the exclusive prerogative of Republicans as the majority party.
At most they can all sign a meaningless petition in hopes of getting a few minutes of airtime, but ultimately it goes nowhere.

More D's in seats gets our party the power to steer the conversation, the policies, the debates, the floor votes, and to move past meaningless gestures towards action and results.

Congress does not have direct input on White House staffing decisions that do not require Senate confirmation.
