When I lived in State College PA, they had some sort of idiocy riot in which rioters, upset that bars were closing at 2:00AM, took to the streets and smashed windows, overturned cars, tore down lampposts, and set fire to furniture.

This was about 20 years ago, but video was available even then, and cops made numerous arrests based on that evidence.


They should do so now.

No reason police couldn't ask the public for help with assault with malicious intent, if the police wanted to send a message.

Pessimistically if the police don't they send the message Twitler is sending.

Optimistically the FBI is involved and since it has nothing to do with Russian influence in the White House, there's a chance this will get investigated as the organized criminal activity that it is
