Holy SHIT, i didn't think i could be shocked anymore.

I watched that q&a with my mouth open the whole time. He said the worst possible false equivalency answer with the first response and then doubled down and then doubled down again and again with more specifics. I've never seen someone in any public context fuck themselves so hard so repeatedly.

I... Holy shit. I can't think of anything else to say. Holy shit. Holy shit. Holy shit.

Bank on it. At most, they'll be "deeply troubled" and hope it blows over quickly so they can get back to imposing their party's agenda.

Elections? Most of them are in gerrymandered districts that make them far-more-vulnerable to primary challenges from the right than Democrats in the general. They'll be scared shitless of saying anything condemnatory, lest they be primaried by teabaggers closely allied with these "Patriot" groups. They won't dare utter a peep.

We best prepare for it. Soon, you'll be seeing lots of media coverage asking "Who is the 'alt-left'?" Finding a handful of antifa members who support punching Nazis, or bringing clubs to rallies (where their opponents carry assault rifles), to build the narrative that there are two competing sides, equally dangerous and intolerant. The nature of the media compulsion for "balance" guarantees that, by the time they're done, people will believe that neo-Nazis and those who oppose them are on an equal moral footing.

When I was younger I was aware of politics, voted, knew enough to get by. As I've gotten older, it has been abundantly clear that hiding your head in the sand or just not paying attention can be deadly. You must follow the bastards every day and in the case of tRump, you really can't turn your back on him for a minute. While he was creating the latest shit storm in tRump Tower today, his minions are destroying our government, selling off our land, getting rid of regulations that are for the good of all of us and anything else they can do to rape us and leave us for dead. All while lining their own pockets.

The weak kneed response by most Republicans to today's debacle is very telling. He all but had a meltdown on camera and just barely avoided foaming at the mouth and they are mostly scurrying and hiding behind twitter. I hope to gawd they belly up to the microphones tomorrow to give a full throated repudiation of their president. But you can be sure I won't be holding my breath. The rat bastards have still got much work to do to finish screwing us over, so they will make excuses and carry on. We are so screwed....

Damn it! We have to get a plan. I refuse to just give up and let the rat bastards win.

from his rectum/mouth.

1) He won't let go of the false equivalency narrative -- actually triples-down on it.

One group was itching for a fight, showing up with a mob mentality, aggressors:
The right-wing, white supremacist, Nazi animal, "protesters" (i.e. brown shirts)
They organized this "event" to provoke this response, knowing they have an
apologist in the White House who is a racist. Any moral person would, and
should, react with repulsion to these hateful scumbags.

One group was there (baited) to defend the safety, rights and freedom of those
which these groups target. They weren't looking for a fight, but they weren't all
"snowflakes", either. Instead of being applauded for patriotism and courage
to face-down these bullies and fascist monsters, the asshole in the White House
chose to lump them all in one, demagogic basket.

One person was killed -- she was a non-violent counter-protester.

One person drove his car into a crowd as a weapon of mass destruction -- he was
an admitted white supremacist.

When pressed repeatedly by reporters, The POS POTUS still can't bring himself to label
the actions of these racists as "terrorism", but he was more than quick to call the counter-
protesters "alt-left terrorists."

2) The excuses he uses are lame BS and complete hypocrisy.

He was waiting to get all the facts before he made any statement. Really ?
This is the same guy who blasted Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama if they did not make a snap
judgment of any violent act as "terrorists" or "radical Islamic terrorism" within nanoseconds.

The Nazis had "permits", but the counter-protesters did not ?! Are you fucking kidding me???!!!!

3) David Duke and other racists commended Trump's screed as being "honest", and blamed
the violence on "left-wing terrorism".

Everything he does is right out of the Fascist Dictator Handbook.
