"Friendly reminder that if you voted for Trump you don't have to stand by that decision. You might have honestly thought he was the best choice. Imagine you're eating an apple that looks great and discover a worm-filled rotten core. No sane person would say "well I already started eating it so I better finish". You throw it away."
My daughter, proud of her!

(9,426 posts)tapeworms. He ambles on stage like an exhausted old man. How can he summon the energy to swing the golf clubs? Maybe THAT is why he is so exhausted, God knows it is not from working. Great comparison between the apple with the worm, and the WORM in the WH. Now that he has shown his true colors (it is NOT orange) maybe people will finally wise up.

(63,203 posts)If Trump voters don't see the light after his full-on endorsement of Nazis ("us" yesterday, then they can go fuck themselves for the rest of their idiot racist fuckhead lives.
There is no mystery to Trump. Everything about him has been obvious and unmistakable for decades, and the idea that "they didn't see it" is no exoneration. The only way to have missed the plain reality of the man is to miss it deliberately.
If his voters now "get it," and if they pledge never again to vote for a Republican, then I will happily welcome them back into reality. However, I strongly suspect that many who now "get it" will nevertheless find it in their hearts to vote Republican in 2018 and 2020. in which case, they can continue to go fuck themselves regardless of their feelings about Trump.
